Caregiver Support Infrastructure

Caregiver Support Infrastructure

We have extensive knowledge of and experience with working with multiple evidence-based approaches for supporting family caregivers and work with states to use these programs as building blocks to develop more robust systems that make families stronger while potentially reducing future Medicaid expenditures.

We are familiar with the major evidence-This works includes supporting states in implementing evidence-based practices such as TCARE and BRI Care Consultation, REACH, and SAVVY Caregiver. We can assist in determining which program or programs to select, how to integrate these programs into operations, and how to finance the programs. We have also helped write and acted as third-party evaluators on eight federal grants that support the implementation of family caregiver programs.
