HCBS Program Operations Development

The HCBS Strategies team collaborates with state staff to develop and improve the infrastructure necessary to deliver HCBS. This includes refining workflows, determining what data to collect and how to collect them, defining roles for program staff, and developing tools to improve and streamline how programs operate.  We often work with states and IT vendors to bridge communication gaps and help ensure efficient automation development that is consistent with state goals.
